脑损伤后神经细胞凋亡变化及黄体酮保护作用的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of nerve cell apoptosis after traumatic brain injury and protective role of progesterone. Methods Male Spraque-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated group,the brain damage group and the progesterone (PROG) treatment group.Improved Feeney free fall injury apparatus was used to es-tablish the brain injury model in rats.The rats were killed respectively after 24,48,72 injury.The changes of the positive cell number of Caspase-3 in the cortex and hippocampus CA1 were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive cell numbers of Caspase-3 of the brain damage group were increased. The positive cell numbers of Caspase-3 in the PROG treatment group were distinctly fewer than those of the brain damage group (P<0.05). Conclusion PROG inhibiting the expression of Caspase-3 after brain injury, may be one of the protective mechanisms of brain injury of PROG.关键词
