Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate and plate fixation in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods 157 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (79 cases) and control group (78 cases),locking plate was taken to the observation group,plate fixation was given to the control group.The clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups was compared,operation time,amount of bleeding during operation and fracture healing time were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.20%) was higher thanof the control group (80.77%) (P<0.05).The operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of locking plate for treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture is exact,it can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,the shoulder function of patients may recover in a rela-tively short period, thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
