注射用川芎嗪联合丹红注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的效果观察
Effect observation of ligustrazine injection combined with Danhong injec-tion in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of ligustrazine injection combined with Danhong injection in the treat-ment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. Methods 80 patients with vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,salvia injection was used in control group,ligustrazine injection combined with Danhong injection were applied in observation group.The effect of two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,LVA,RVA and BA in observation group was(40.6±7.36),(38.6±5.35),(39.6±5.32) cm/s respectively,significantly faster than that in control group respective-ly(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions. Conclusion The ligustrazine injection combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo is safe and effective.关键词
