Abstract
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum LDL-C,HCY and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of atherosclerosis. Methods 95 cases with atherosclerosis (the observation group) and 95 cases with no atherosclerosis (the control group) were selected as research object,all patients were confirmed by coronary angiography.The serum LDL,HCY and hs-CRP concentrations of all the patients were detected. Results The level of serum LD,HCY and hs-CRP with atherosclerosis was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the positive rates were 72.63%,76.84%, 84.10% respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of serum LDL-C,HCY and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of atherosclerosis was 96.84%,which was significantly higher than that of simple detection. Conclusion LDL,HCY and hs-CRP are independent indicators for the early diagnosis and evaluation of atherosclerosis. Combined detection of the three indicators has greater significance.关键词
