Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of medical morning rounds mode in high quality nursing service of the department of traumatology. Methods The hospitalized patients in our department from January 2012 to Decem-ber 2012 were selected as the control group,and they were given the morning rounds of doctor and nurse separately, while the hospitalized patients in our department from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the observation group and they were given the morning rounds of doctor and nurse jointly mode (responsibility nurse and doctor admin-istered together conducted morning rounds to discuss,exchange the diseaes of patients and investigate the next treat-ment and nursing plan).The patient was discharged 1 days ago,the effect of health education and satisfaction of patients questionnaire were issued,the survey results were compared between the two groups. Results Awareness rate of health education knowledge and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compare to traditional model,medical morning rounds can further enhance the connotation of high quality nursing service, and improve the nursing quality of nursing and the health education effect and satisfac-tion of patients.关键词
