高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the hypertonic saline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 196 cases with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(100 cases) and the control group (96 cases),the treatment group were treated with 3% sodium chloride aerosol inhalation,the control group was treated with 0.45% hypotonic saline,the curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The rate of shortness of breath,wheezing symptom relief and rales disappearance of the treatment group in 96 h were 89%,87%,90%,which was higher than those in the control group,96 h after oxygen rate was 6% and the required rate of sputurm suction was 17%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,the average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Hy-pertonic saline nebulization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis has remarkable curative effect.关键词
