摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong injection combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods 70 cases of patients with acute non-ST segment el-evation myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were selected,and were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group,Shuxuetong injection combined with clopidogrel therapy were given to the experimental group,clopidogrel treatment was given to the control group.After treatment,the efficacy,auxiliary examination parameters [left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),ST segment depression and the number of ischemia leads],and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 97.1%,higher than 82.9%of the control group,the difference was significant (χ2=3.9683,P=0.0464);LVEDd,ST segment depression and the number of ischemia leads of experimental group was lower than that of the control group respectively,LVEF was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);There was no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute non-ST segment eleva-tion myocardial infarction makes good effect,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
