Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of triptorelin and mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroid. Methods 76 cases with uterine fibroid were randomly divided into control group(37 cases) and treatment group(39 cas-es).The control group was treated with triptorelin,the treatment group was treated with mifepristone.The 3D lines in uterus and uterine fibroid before and after treatment were measured and calculated by medical ultrasound,the level of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2),hemoglobin and drug adverse reactions were observated. Results The levels of hemoglobin after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,the levels of FSH,E2 after treat-ment in two groups was higher than that after treatment,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Compared with before treat-ment,and the volume of uterine and fibroid after treatment was smaller than that before treatment,with statistical differ-ence (P<0.05),the levels of FSH,E2 after treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group,with statisti-cal difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone can effectively decrease the volume of uterine fibroid,reduce the levels of estrogen and progestogen,and has good curative effect,less adverse reactions,which can provide reference for the clin-ical use of drugs.关键词
