Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of percutaneous core needle biopsy in breast neoplasms. Methods 108 cases with breast neoplasms BI-RADS of class Ⅲ through ultrasound diagnosis was given needle percutaneous core needle biopsy of 16 G,all patients were treated with operation,and the postoperative pathological results as diag-nostic criteria. Results There were 69 cases of breast cancer in the final diagnosis after surgical excision among 108 breast lesions and 66 cases of them were diagnosed by core needle biopsy,3 cases of false negative breast cancer were diagnosed by core needle biopsy.The sensitivity of core needle biopsy was 95.7%,specificity was 100%,the puncture ac-curacy rate was 97.2%,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 100%and 92.6% respectively,Your-don’s index was 0.957,the value of Kappa was 0.941(P<0.01). Conclusion Percutaneous core needle puncture biopsy of breast neoplasms has high accuracy and great consistency with postoperative pathological examination,minimally inva-sive,less pain,which is an important method for basic level hospital diagnosed breast neoplasms in nature,and it is wor-thy of popularization and application.关键词
