摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal transsphenoidal microsurgical in treatment of pituitary adenomas, and compared with neuroendoscope surgery. Methods Clinical data of 72 cases of patients with pituitary adenomas admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to April 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,of whom,40 patients were treated with nasal transsphenoidal microsurgical treatment (group A),32 patients were treated with nasal transsphenoidal neuroendoscope surgery (group B),the operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative compli-cations was observed, and the treatment effect of both groups was assessed. Results The operative time, hospital stay time of group A was longer than that of group B,blood loss was more than that of group B,postoperative complication rate was higher than that of group B,the difference was significant between the groups (P<0.05);After treatment, the visu-al improvement, menstruation recovery, lactation stopping, hormone restoration proportion of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional micro-surgery,neurological surgery has certain advan-tages in vision, surgical trauma, but both methods all can effectively remove the tumor, relieve symptoms, and all should be proficient for flexible treatment choice according to surgeon or the patient's condition.关键词
