Abstract
Objective To study the effect of superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass grafting surgery in the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease in elderly. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with occlusive cerebrovascular disease from February 2011 to February 2011 in our hospital were collected,and were randomly divided into two research group and control group,75 cases in each group,superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery by-pass grafting surgery was given to research group,and temporal muscle,temporal shallow artery applied technique was given to control group.The brain artery blood flow mechanics index was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the imaging results during the follow-up period was recorded,the effect and complications were recorded. Results Compared with before treatment,systolic blood flow velocity and diastolic blood flow velocity in left and right side after treatment was increased obviously,blood flow resistance was reduced obviously,the difference was significant (P<0.05).After half a year,according to the imaging,control group changed little after angiography;in research group,su-perficial temporal artery was gradually thickened,intracranial vascular development was also significantly thickened and increased.The curative effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group,the incidence of complica-tion was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass grafting surgery for the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease in elderly is significant,can improve the brain blood flow,reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
