Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effect and feasibility observation of hysteroscopic surgery combined with Levonorgestrel on reproductive function in patients with early endometrial cancer. Methods 60 patients with early endometrial cancer treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected,and were divided into ob-servation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,30 cases in each group,the observation group were taken with hysteroscopic surgery,Levonorgestrel was used after operation,the control group were given with routine operation therapy.After 3 months treatment,hysteroscopy biopsy,serum CA125 examination,gynecological exami-nation was carried out,the menstrual flow and period was recorded,every three months for a second inspection;the CT check was started half a year after operation,once every 6 months,maintained for 1 year;after 1 year,if patients were complete remission could encourage pregnancy;clinical indexes between the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group,operation time and remission time was shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01);there were no survival tumor;the re-currence rate of observation group and control group was 3.3%and 30% respectively,the difference was significant (χ2=7.68,P<0.01).The rate of successful pregnancy and full-term production in observation group was higher than that of control group,the rate of abortion and premature delivery was lower than that of control group,the difference was signifi-cant (P<0.01);the time of pregnancy in observation group and control group was (2.3±0.5) months and (4.2±1.7) months after treatment respectively,the difference was significant (t=5.87,P<0.01). Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with Levonorgestrel in treatment of early endometrial cancer,patients can preserve the fertility,and the prognosis is bet-ter,which is the preferred treatment for early endometrial cancer,is worth promotion in clinic.关键词
