摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of AF nail fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 56 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected, and were randomly divided into experimental group (31 cases) and control group (25 cases) according to the random number table method,AF nail fixation method was given to the experimental group,RF nail fixation method was taken to the control group. After treatment, patients’vertebral various parameters, operative time, blood loss,neurologi-cal recovery and adverse events was analyzed. Results After treatment, hurt vertebral (leading/trailing edge) height,ver-tebral canal area, sagittal displacement and Cobb angle of two groups was improved compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05);hurt vertebral (leading/trailing edge) height and Cobb angle of experimental group improved more than that of control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).The operative time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group, blood loss was less than that of the control group, the difference was signifi-cant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference about neurological functional recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion AF nail fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures makes good results, shorter operative time, less bleeding, and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
