摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B complicated with liver cirrhosis. Methods 138 patients with hepatitis B complicated with liver cirrhosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,69 cases in each group.Conventional treatment methods including conventional protecting liver,correct the electrolysis of water balance and the row of ascites were used in control group, adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine were applied in observation group on the basis of conventional treatment. Results After treatment,Child-Pugh score,ALT,ALB,TBiL level in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B complicated with liver cirrhosis can effectively end the replication of HBV-DNA in body,re-duce the serum virus content,promote TBiL metabolism,improve liver function.关键词
