摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 80 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group, methotrexate was taken to the control group,mifepristone was added to the observation group based on control group treatment,both groups were treated for six days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,serum β-HCG de-creased to normal time,mass size and length of stay in two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of ob-servation group was 87.5%,higher than that of control group (70.0%),with statistical difference (P<0.05).The serum β-HCG decreased to normal time and length of stay in observation group was shorter than that in control group respective-ly,the mass size in observation group was less than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has significant effect,can acceler-ate bloodβ-HCG to normal time,shorten hospitalization time.关键词
