摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe application effect and security of low dose bupivacaine spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip replacement. Methods 52 elderly patients (above 60 years)with hip replacement in ASAII-Ⅲfrom April 2012 to April 2013 were selected.Bupivacaine solution were injected in 2 to 3 gap lumbar of patients and the epidural catheter was placed.BP,HR,SpO2 at preceding anesthesia and after anesthesia of 5,10,15,30 min were recorded,and the influence of anesthesia on hemodynamics was evaluated. Results After anesthesia,BP,HR,SpO2 had no statistical difference compared with preceding anesthesia.Patients had no naupathia,sick up and headache. Conclusion The low dose spinal-epidural anesthesia has little effect on hemodynamic.It is safe and reliable,can be safely used in hip replacement surgery in elderly patients.关键词
