摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) on lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse of free nucleus pulposus type. Methods From March 2012 to April 2014,30 patients with lumbar inter-vertebral disc prolapse of free nucleus pulposus type visited our hospital were researched. MRI and CT examination were used before surgery,and the surgical results were considered as the golden standard,the test accuracy rate of the two different ways was compared. Results The test accuracy rate of free nucleus pulposus moving upward and down-ward,and maintaining in the center by MRI was higher than that by CT respectively (P<0.05).The total accuracy rate by MRI and CT was 93.33%and 50.00% respectively with a statistical difference (χ2=13.8714,P=0.0002). Conclusion The accuracy rate of MRI on lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse of free nucleus pulposus type,and it is worthy of expansion in clinic.关键词
