Abstract
Objective To explore effect of family health education and nursing responsibility system on the control of blood glucose and the quality of life of the patients with diabetes in community. Methods 90 cases with diabetes from June 2011 to June 2014 in our community were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the study group was given the family health education responsibility nursing mode in the conventional nursing intervention process on the base of the control group.The situation of blood sugar control and the quality of life in two groups was compared respectively. Re-sults After 8 weeks of intervention,the level of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in study group was lower than that before intervention and in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). The total score of the quality of life was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The three dimension score of physical function,emotional function,role function was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The family health education nursing responsibility system given to di-abetic patients in community is helpful for the improvement of the patient’s blood sugar control and quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
