Abstract
Objective To learn related knowledge,behavior and attitude of AIDS prevention among college students in order to explore new model of health education. Methods Questionnaires were used for investigating 869 college stu-dents from grade one and grade two in Changchun university of science and technology.The samples were gained by random sampling. Results The awareness rate of related knowledge on AIDS prevention was 60.49%.The percentage of students knew sexual transmission,transmission from blood,transmission from mother to child was 74.22%,82.39% and 70.31%respectively.The accuracy rate of answering question whether the bites of mosquitoes,shaking hands and sharing toilet with others can be inflected with AIDS was 31.65%,24.17% respectively.The percentage of students did not want to contact with HIV infection or patient was 70.20%.92.06% of students thought propagandizing knowledge of AIDS prevention was not enough,the coverage of propaganda should be expanded,various forms of AIDS campaign were launched. Conclusion Student surveyed the knowledge of how to prevent HIV is not fully grasp,some students show in-tolerance or discrimination to AIDS patients.It suggest that school take positive measures,intensify propaganda,universal health education.关键词
