Abstract
Objective To investigate the acquisition of progestation and gestation health knowledge on women during child-bearing period and improve their mastery degree of knowledge. Methods 231 child-bearing women with antena-tal care and perinatal health care from October 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital were surveyed and analyzed by self-made questionnaire aiming at understanding their acquisition of health knowledge.The investigated result was sum-marized and calculated in order to observe the acquisition of health knowledge on women during child-bearing period. Results The main ways to get health knowledge for child-bear women were popular science books and relatives &friends accounting for 91.8%and 81.8%respectively.Timely antenatal care,self-monitoring at pregnancy and knowledge of sexual life during pregnancy were well mastered by these women,the percentage was 48.9%,44.6% and 37.2% in turn.Meanwhile,acquisition of health knowledge for child-bearing women had direct relationships with age,pregnant fre-quency and educational level. Conclusion Improvement of mastery degree of health knowledge on child-bearing women is a key point to ensure maternal and child health and realize good prenatal and postnatal care.关键词
