Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical data of 53 patients with breast cancer bone metastasis and discuss its comprehensive treatment method. Methods Fifty-three patients breast cancer bone metastasis in our hospital were ret-rospectively analyzed.According to different therapeutic methods,they were divided into the chemotherapy group and comprehensive therapy group.In the chemotherapy group,chemotherapy with diphosphonate was provided,while in the comprehensive therapy group,except for chemotherapy and diphosphonate,local radiotherapy was added at the same time.To be specific,6 MV-X ray was used and the exposure dose was from 30 to 45 Gy. Results The total effective rate in the chemotherapy group was 65.4%,while in the comprehensive therapy group,the total effective rate reached 92.6%with a statistical difference (P<0.05).In the chemotherapy group,the survival rate of 2,5 years was 27% and 7% respec-tively, while in the comprehensive therapy group,it was 37% and 14% respectively,which displayed statistical differ-ences (P<0.05).The persistent median time after pain relief was 20.5 months and 11 months respectively. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and diphosphonate can obtain remarkable effects on breast cancer bone metastasis,and duration after pain relief lasts longer.关键词
