摘要
Abstract
In 2008,Ronco had explicitly put forward the concept of cardiorenal syndrome (CRS).According to the patho-genesis,CRS is divided into five clinical subtypes.typeⅠ: acute heart-kidney syndrome; typeII:chronic heart-kidney syndrome;typeⅢ:acute kidney-heart syndrome;type Ⅳ:chronic kidney-disease heart syndrome;typeⅤ:secondary heart-kidney syndrome.Heart-kidney disease share common risk factors,such as diabetes,hypertension,atherosclerosis,smoking and so on.They have influence on each other through common or different mechanisms,mutual aggravating,even form a vicious circle.The patient’s condition deteriorate rapidly, leading to a poor therapeutic effect and prognosis.Understand-ing its pathogenesis and early diagnosis and treatment is important.关键词
