摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical effect of the composite trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary angle-clo-sure glaucoma. Methods 24 cases with primary angle-closure glaucoma from June 2009 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,12 cases in each group.The obser-vation group was treated with composite trabeculectomy,the control group was treated with traditional trabeculectomy. Intraocular pressure in different time,the formation rate of functional follicular membrane and the incidence of compli-cations was compared respectively. Results Intraocular pressure at 3 d,1 week after treatment between two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Intraocular pressure at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The formation rate of functional follicular membrane in the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than 58.33% in the control group,with sig-nificant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications between two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the composite trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma is obvious,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
