Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopy paul gall stone surgery in treatment of gall-stones. Methods 168 cases of patients with gallstone treated with laparoscopy paul gall stone surgery in HuaiJi County People’s Hospital retrospectively analyzed (observation group),80 cases of patients with gallstone treated with laparo-scopic cholecystectomy at the same period were selected as control group.The efficacy and complications were com-pared. Results The operative time,postoperative bowel recovery time,postoperative recovery time diet and hospital stay in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01).The incidence of infection,bowel obstruction,pelvic fluid,abdominal bleeding in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), the calculus residual rate and total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the laparoscopy paul gall stone surgery has shorter operative time,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay and lower total complica-tion rate and other characteristics,and has high security,is beneficial to rehabilitate after surgery .关键词
