产前训练拉玛泽呼吸法配合临产后自由体位对自然分娩的影响研究

Abstract
Objective To study impact of prenatal training Ramaze breathing method combined with free position after labor on natural childbirth. Methods 80 pregnant women with Ramaze breathing guide training were selected as obser-vation group,pregnant women practice effect was tracked and mastered,the outpatient medical record was recorded. Pregnant women admitted for delivery,Ramaze breathing method combined with free position after labor were applied in delivery process to guide mother from incubation period to the end of the second stage of labor first birth process.80 pregnant women without Ramaze breathing guide training in the same period were selected as control group.Maternal labor time,postpartum hemorrhage volume of 2 hours,perinatal pain degree,incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia in two groups were compared. Results In control group,10 cases of perinatal pain grade 0,16 cases of grade Ⅰ,11 cases of grade II,7 cases of grade Ⅲ;in observation group,17 cases of perinatal pain grade 0,23 cases of grade Ⅰ,3 cases of grade II,1 cases of grade Ⅲ,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The first,second and third of birth process in control group was (549.32±51.12),(59.53±12.32),(18.29±4.28) min respectively,the first,second and third of birth process in ob-servation group was (359.63±36.68),(41.49±8.82),(12.58±2.43) min respectively,the first,second and third of birth process in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group respectively (P<0.05).Postpartum hemorrhage volume of 2 hours in control group and observation group was (238.61±26.87),(144.75±17.70) ml respectively,with sta-tistical difference(P<0.05).Incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia in control group was 15.9%,incidence rate of neonatal as-phyxia in observation group was 2.3%,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Prenatal training Ramaze breath-ing method combined with free position after labor applied in natural childbirth has significant clinical effect.关键词
