摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy difference of cortisomol paste and zinc oxide eugenol paste in root canal therapy. Methods 200 cases with root canal therapy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the obser-vation group and control group.The observation group was given cortisomol paste to fill,the control group was given zinc oxide eugenol paste to fill.The incidence rate of postoperative pain and long term therapeutic effect were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control groupt,there was a statistical difference in the two groups (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of the total effective rate of long-term therapeutic effect in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The cortisomol paste can reduce incidence rate of postoperative pain,and the long-term effect is significant.The therapy is worthy of reference.关键词
