摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of the amlexanox paste treating light recurrent oral ul-cers (ROU). Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted.The patients with ROU were randomly divided into the two groups.The experimental group was treated with amlexanox paste,the control group was treated with 2% iodine glycerin,drugs were applied to the affected area,4 times every day for 5 days.The curative effect after 3,5 days treatment in the two groups was compared. Results After 3,5 days treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 80.0%,95.0%respectively,and it was 40.0%,62.5% in the control group,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlexanox paste treating light recurrent oral ulcer can promote healing of ulcer surface effectively,shorten the time of the ulcer healed completely and significantly relieve ulcer pain.关键词
