Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation treating bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods 72 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and were divided into the treatment group (n=36) and the control group (n=36).The total effective rate and dis-appearance time of clinical symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results In the treatment group,the total effec-tive rate was 97.22%, disappearance time of pulmonary rale was (3.68±1.24) d,fever clearance time was (2.08±0.87) d, cough disappearance time was (3.28±1.02) d, time of WBC returning to normal was (4.79±1.25) d,while in the control group,that was 77.78%,(6.42±1.71) d,(3.51±1.21) d,(5.72±1.61) d and (6.89±2.01) d respectively,and there was a statis-tical difference of above-mentioned indictors in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation treating bronchial pneumonia in children is significant.关键词
