Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of itopride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte pow-der for colonscopy preparation in elderly patients with constipation. Methods 106 old patients with constipation from the outpatient or hospitalization with colonscopy were randomly divided into the control group (n=53)and treatment group (n=53).The control group was given standard dose compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before 6 hours examination,the treatment group was given oral itopride of 150 mg before oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 30 minutes,the cleanness degree of bowel preparation before examination and adverse reaction were observed between the two groups. Results The total score of intestinal cleanness degree in the treatment group and the control group was (7.87±1.24),(7.12±1.15) points,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group and treatment group was 9.4%,7.5% respectively,and there was no statistical difference in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of itopride combined with polyethylene gly-col electrolyte powder for colonscopy preparation is better than simple compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte pow-der.关键词
