综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果观察
Application effect observation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with gestational hypertension

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with gestation-al hypertension. Methods 78 cases with gestational hypertension from March 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,39 cases in each group.The control group was giv-en conventional care,the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The mode of delivery,outcomes,hos-pital stay and 2 h postoperative bleeding was compared reapectively. Results Cesarean section rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of eclampsia and pre-eclampsia was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Postoperative hospital stay and 2 h postoperative bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with gestational hypertension is significant,which can relieve patient’s anxiety,improve the rate of vaginal delivery and the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
