Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patient with femoral neck fracture. Methods 43 cases with femoral neck fracture from March 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given conventional care,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complication, the score of hip joint function and ADL,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction was compared respectively. Results The incidence of complication in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with sig-nificant difference (P<0.05).The score of hip joint function and ADL after intervention in the experimental group was higher than that before intervention and the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than that the control group,with significant differ-ence(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complication in elderly pa-tient with femoral neck fracture,contribute to the recovery of hip function in patients after surgery and the ability of dai-ly life,also helps to reduce the hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
