小鼠最大灌胃量的研究
Study on the maximum tolerant dosage of mice by gastric perfusion

Abstract
Objective To study the maximum tolerant dosage of mice by gastric perfusion and examine the influence of the electrocardiogram and myocardial tissue. Methods The maximum capacity was determined by using different body weight of mice after gastric perfusion.PEG6000 solution with different viscosity was prepared,and the T wave changes in ECG were recorded after administrating various dosages by gastric perfusion.The pathological sections of myocardial tissue was prepared and observed by using light and electron microscopy. Results In a certain weight range,linear rela-tionship exists between the weight of mice and the gastric volume.Compared with the blank group,T wave changes of ECG in mice after gastric perfusion with 20 g/ml and 40 g/ml PEG6000 solutions had no statistical difference (P>0.05), and myocardial tissue sections in mice showed no abnormalities. Conclusion Maximum intragastric volume of mice can be calculated according to the linear relationship;It has no effect of ECG and myocardial tissue with the greatest amount of intragastic gavage in a certain solution viscosity range.关键词
