摘要
Abstract
Chordoma,originated from the spinal cord of embryonic residual,is a rare tumor whose growth is invasive lo-cally.Around one third of the cases start from the base of skull.Surgery is used as a first treatment plan for chordoma, often combined with postoperative radiotherapy,because of its anatomical location,biological characterstics and undesir-able prognosis,the treatment is relatively difficult.In recent years,with the development of neuroimaging techniques and minimally invasive neurosurgery,the diagnosis and the prognosis are improved to a certain extent.关键词
