Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of hepatocyte growth-promoting factors in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis. Methods 76 cases of patients with chronic viral hepatitis in our hospital from February 2012 to Febru-ary 2014 were selected,and were divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in each group.The conven-tional comprehensive hepatitis treatment was given to the control group,hepatocyte growth-promoting factors was taken to the treatment group based on the conventional treatment.The improvement of liver function before and after treat-ment,the clinical efficacy,the time of liver function returned to normal,the total time of drug treatment and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed. Results After treatment,TBiL and ALT of two groups decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05);and TBiL and ALT of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.5%,higher than 68.4% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The time of liver function returned to normal,the total time of drug treatment in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reaction in the treatment group was 2.6%,lower than 21.1% in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hepatocyte growth-promoting factors in treatment of chronic viral hepatitis is very obvious,can push the liver function return to normal in a shorter time,shorten the drug treatment period.关键词
