Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of reduced glutathione in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods 74 cases of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were equally di-vided into study group and control group.All patients were given with compound glycyrrhizin and gerontine.Patients in study group were given with reduced glutathione on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,liver function [alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total bilirubin (TBiL),γ-glutamyl endopeptidase (GGT)],hepatic fibrosis [hyaluronidase (HA),Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ),Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C)] and prothrombin time (PT) was compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in study group was 94.59%,higher than 70.27%in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the ALT,AST,TBiL,GGT in the two groups was decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and the study group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).The HA,PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C in the two groups was decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and the study group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).PT in the two groups was decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and the study group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Reduced glutathione has excellent effect in treating alcoholic cirrhosis,it can improve the clinical symptom and the level of physiological in-dicators observably.关键词
