Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Dahuang Mudanpi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess. Methods 40 cases with periappendiceal abscess were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine anti-inflammation method and nutri-tional support,the treatment group was given Dahuang Mudanpi decoction on the base of the control group.The thera-peutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%,which was higher than 75%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The abscess regression time and hospitalization time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with signifi-cant difference(P<0.01).The recurrent rate of the treatment group was 5%,which was significantly lower than 20%of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of modified Dahuang Mudanpi decoction com-bined with western medicine western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
