Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitive CRP detec-tion in the evaluation of diabetes progress in pregnancy. Methods 101 pregnant women from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected.50 cases diagnosed with diabetes mellitus patients was selected as the group of ges-tational diabetes mellitus,51 cases of normal pregnancy were selected as the healthy pregnancy group.The level of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP was compared respectively. Results The level of homocysteine, cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP in the group of gestational diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in the group of the healthy pregnancy,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of homocysteine,cystatin C and high sen-sitivity CRP was positive correlation with blood glucose. Conclusion Homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP are important indicators of gestational diabetes mellitus,and can evaluate effectively the development of the disease.关键词
