Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing service on elderly psychiatry ward in or-der to provide the reference for clinical work in future. Methods From June 2009 to May 2014,60 elderly patients ad-mitted into our hospital were selected.According to odd and even number method of the visiting order,they were divided into control group and experimental group.In the control group,regular nursing intervention was provided during hospi-talization,while patients in the experimental group were provided with high quality nursing service.The incidence rate of risk events on nursing and nursing satisfaction rate during hospitalization in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of risk events on nursing in the experimental group (3.33%) was obviously lower than that in the control group (26.67%) (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group (100.00%) was obviously higher than that in the control group (83.33%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of high quality nursing service on elderly psychiatry ward is beneficial to decrease the incidence rate of risk events on nursing,and promote the relationship be-tween nurse and patient, which has a positive clinical significance.关键词
