综合护理对人工髋关节置换术老年患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响OA
Influence of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression and post-operative pain in elder patients with artificial hip replacement operation
目的：探讨综合护理干预对股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换术老年患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法将62例行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)，对照组给予骨科常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理。结果观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.83±5.35)、(41.38±5.46)分，显著低于对照组的(53.61±8.84)、(53.52±7.29)分(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛程度分级明显优…查看全部>>
