输卵管妊娠伴失血性休克的临床观察与护理

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Nursing and clinical data of 42 cases with ectopic pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock given the comprehensive nursing model in our hospital were retrospectively ana-lyzed and 38 patients given the traditional nursing model were compared with the comprehensive nursing group,the clinical effect and satisfaction degree of nursing in the two kinds of nursing method was compared. Results After ac-tively rescue and care,28 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate in the comprehensive nursing group was 97.62%,while 10 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffec-tive,and the total effective rate in the traditional nursing group was 81.58%,and the total effective rate of the compre-hensive nursing group was higher than that in the traditional nursing group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the comprehensive nursing group (100.00%) was higher than that in the traditional nursing group (86.84%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the illness of patients with tubal pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock and promote the rehabilitation of them.Its effect was significantly better than the traditional nursing measures,which has an important clinical significance.关键词
