摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of without heparin continu-ous renal replacement for elderly critically ill patients. Methods The nursing experience and results of the treatment of without heparin continuous renal replacement of 128 times in 26 patients treated in our hospital were summarized and analyzed.The patients were divided into the study group (n=13) and the control group (n=13),the control group was giv-en the basic nursing,the study group was given the targeted nursing on the basis of the basic nursing.The incidence rate of complication in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of complication (draining blood,humoral imbalance,massive hemorrhage) in the study was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing is the guarantee of the treatment of without heparin continuous renal replacement carried out ef-fectively and safely.关键词
