摘要
Abstract
Objective To invstigate the application of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respira-tory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods Clinical data of 37 cases of ARDS who were admitted in our hospital and re-ceived invasive mechanical ventilation from March 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 28 cases were cured (75.7%),without any mechanical ventilation-related complications.The other 9 cases were died,mainly due to primary disease combined with multi-organ failure. Conclusion Invasive mechanical ventilation is the most important therapy for ARDS.During the clinical course of mechanical ventilation,taking with lung protective ventilation strategy, early timing lung recruitment, choose the best PEEP,do not hesitate to evacuate early morning plane, can maximize the effectiveness of mechanical ventilation and reduce complications, greatly increasing the treatment success rate of ARDS.关键词
