摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the differences of immune function recovery with different nutrition ways in malig-nant obstructive jaundice after percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD). Methods 60 patients diagnosed as malignant obstructive jaundice in our hospital from April 2012 to October 2014 and who were taken with PTCD were selected,and were divided into enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group.The immune function was com-pared between the two groups. Results All these patients successfully completed enteral nutrition and parenteral nutri-tion,and had no bad reaction.The CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgG,IgM increased in both groups,and immune function of enteral nutrition group recovered better than that of parenteral nutrition (P<0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition can help to recovery immune function of patients who are diagnosed with malignant obstructive jaundice after PTCD.关键词
