摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare effect of drug-eluting stents (DES)versus bare-metal stents (BMS)in unprotected left main coronary artery (LMCA)disease. Methods 294 patients woth unprotected LMCA were selected.DES treatment was used in 165 patients,BMS treatment was applied in 129 patients.Five-year outcomes were compared between the two groups,the primary outcomes were major adverse cardiac events (MACE)including cardiovascular (CV)death,myocardial infarction(MI) and target-lesion revascularization(TLR). Results In the adjusted cohort of patients,the incidence rate of MACE in DES group was lower than that in BMS group(P=0.022),the incidence rate of CV death in DES group was low-er than that in BMS group(P=0.045),the incidence rate of MI in DES group was lower than that in BMS group(P=0.049). The incidence rate of TLR and stent thrombosis in two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).Kaplan-Meier method showed,survival rate of no-MACE in DES group and BMS group was 80.6% and 68.2%respectively(P=0.023),overall survival rate in DES group and BMS group was 93.0% and 85.3% respectively(P=0.045), survival rate of no-TLR in DES group and BMS group was 84.5%and 72.1%respectively(P=0.014),survival rate of no-MI in DES group and BMS group was 89.9%and 80.6%respectively(P=0.029). Conclusion In the patients with unpro-tected LMCA disease,the incidence rate of MACE in DES group is lower than that in BMS group,favorable clinical out-come of CV death and MI in DES group is higher than that in BMS group respectively,the long-term benefit of TLR in two groups is quite.关键词
