摘要
Abstract
Objective To study application effect on full-automatic vaginitis detection system in the diagnosis of vaginitis. Methods Vaginal secretions of 982 patients with suspected bacterial vaginitis vaginal as experimental sam-ples and were tested by using method of automatic vaginitis detection system and Amsel criteri,and the test results were compared. Results The positive rate of automatic bacterial vaginosis detection system was 18.8%,the positive rate of Amsel standard method was 18.4%,with no statistical difference (P>0.05). And both were detected positive cases and negative cases distribution for 181 cases and 780 cases,consistent was 97.9%. Conclusion Compared with the tradition-al standard of manual operation,automatic vaginitis detection system has advantages of simple operation,quick detection and the results are accurate,it will greatly benefit for clinical diagnosis of disease,is worthy of promotion.关键词
