Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of breast color Doppler ultrasound examination in routine ex-amination for women of childbearing age. Methods The ultrasonographic appearances of breast color Doppler ultra-sound examination in routine examination for 1352 women of childbearing age were retrospectively analyzed and and the results were compared and analyzed with clinical results and operation pathological results. Results The cases of positive diagnosis for color Doppler ultrasound examination were 397 cases (29.36%), 388 cases of ultrasound diagnosis were almost consistent with clinical and surgically pathological results,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.73%,9 cases were misdiagnosed and the misdiagnostic rate was 2.27%.In positive cases,most cases were breast hyperplasia,followed by ductal ectasia of breast,breast fibroadenoma,accumulates milkiness mastitis and breast cyst,and breast cancer.Most misdiagnosis cases were misdiagnosed as ductal ectasia of breast. Conclusion Breast color Doppler ultrasound exami-nation is convenient and quick with high diagnostic accuracy rate and early detection of breast masses,and it can pro-vide reliable basis for timely diagnosis of breast disease and for determining treatment plan,especially Breast color Doppler ultrasound examination has high clinical application value for early detection and treatment of breast cancer and should be listed as one of routine examinations for the women of childbearing age.关键词
