Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute organophosphorus poisoning. Methods From February 2010 to February 2013,50 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25).Atropine and penehyclidine hydrochloride injection was adopted in the control group and observation group respectively. Results The number of drugs in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group,hospital stay, the symptoms disappear time,the blood cholinesterase activity recovery time in the observa-tion group in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05).The incidence rate of heartbeat tachycardia (>100/min),retention of urine and blurred vision was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group,but the incidence rate of delirium,restlessness was significantly higher than that of the control group respec-tively (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute organophos-phorus poisoning is good,and the medication safety is higher. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
