Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of of racecadotril auxiliarily treating Rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods 80 children with Rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital were randomly and evenly divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given oral montmo-rillonite powder.The observation group was treated with racecadotril combined with montmorillonite powder.The total ef-fective rate,clinical symptoms recovery time and adverse reaction occurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (P<0.05).The antiemetic time,dehydration corrected time,stool frequency and traits normal time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group respectively (P<0.05).Both of two groups had no serious adverse events. Conclusion Racecadotril auxiliarily treating Rotavirus enteritis in children has exact effect with higher safety.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical widely promotion and application.关键词
