摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital in 2013,to provide reference for clinical reasonable application. Methods The application category,money,DDDs and DDC of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital in 2013 was statistically analyzed. Results The amount of sales of the top three was plant sources of antineo-plastic drugs and its derivatives,other anticancer drugs and assistant drugs and antitumor antibiotic respectively;DDDs of the top three was toremifene,letrozole and azasetron respectively. Conclusion The use of antineoplastic drugs is basi-cally reasonable,and the application of high selectivity,high efficiency and low toxicity drug is large.关键词
