Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pre hospital emergency in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 160 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were se-lected and divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. The observation group were taken with pre hospital emergency treatment, the control group were not given with pre hospital emergency. The time from in-jury to the treatment was recorded, the prognosis was observed. Results The average time from injury to the treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).The percentage of recovered well and mild disability in the observation group (63.75%) was higher than that in the control group (36.25%),the percentage of severe disability and plant survival in the observation group (23.75%) was lower than that in the control group (37.50%),the mortality in the observation group (12.50%) was lower than that in the control group (26.25%),the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The pre hospital emergency application on patients with severe craniocerebral trauma has remarkable effect, and the therapy is worth learning.关键词
